Ingredients:
Thinly chop the gherkin. Finely chop the parsley and grate the cheese. Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Put the kidney beans into a sieve to drain the water. Add the kidney beans and croutons into the bowl. Squeeze the garlic into the ingredients. Add mayonnaise and mix well. If you like crispy croutons then eat the salad right away. If you want your croutons to be soft wait for 10-15 minutes before eating. You can add the croutons right before serving.
